The scope of this contract involves the construction of a 13,750 SF rain garden to comply with MS4 Regulations. Excavation, Underground Utilities, Landscaping, Fencing, etc. was involved in getting this project to completion.
PSA was contracted to provide a Baseline Schedule at the beginning of this Rain Garden Project. Through thorough communication the the General Contractor, Multiscape Inc. we were able to provide a detailed CPM schedule highlighting project risks such as weather and proper planting seasons to help get this project to completion.
The work on this project included the replacement of an existing culvert with a concrete box culvert and end sections. Additionally, the project involves full-depth pavement replacement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signals, lighting, and various other miscellaneous construction.
Our schedule, crafted using the ASTA Power Project program per PennDOT administrative procedures, underwent careful planning and adjustment during the project's lifecycle. Upon learning of a potential delay due to a long lead time item, collaboration with the Prime Contractor allowed us to revise our schedule strategically. This proactive approach ensured the project's continuity, successfully navigating potential challenges and keeping it on track.

With communication between PSA and NE Signal we were able to get an Approved schedule in the allotted timeframe.

Working closely with the Prime Contractor, Multiscape Inc., we developed an initial baseline schedule for review by other prime contractors. After receiving valuable input, the schedule was meticulously revised and approved. The project is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate completion on or before the anticipated finish date.
This is a multi project construction. Nay Aug Pool Park and Nay Aug Multi Court. The Pool Park Project consists of a new commercial pool including all utilities, new pump house, and renovation to an existing building. The Multi Court project includes new Tennis/Pickleball Courts and site features.

This larger scale project included vast amounts of communication to provide a working schedule. Since it is being constructed under Multiple Prime Contracts, we need the proper input from each contractor. The schedule was prepared and thoroughly reviewed by all parties with frequent updates. This project is nearing the Final completion Milestone as we speak!
