The scope of this contract involves the construction of a 13,750 SF rain garden to comply with MS4 Regulations. Excavation, Underground Utilities, Landscaping, Fencing, etc. was involved in getting this project to completion.

PSA was contracted to provide a Baseline Schedule at the beginning of this Rain Garden Project. Through thorough communication the the General Contractor, Multiscape Inc. we were able to provide a detailed CPM schedule highlighting project risks such as weather and proper planting seasons to help get this project to completion.

• Project Scope:

 The work on this project included the replacement of an existing culvert with a concrete box culvert and end sections. Additionally, the project involves full-depth pavement replacement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signals, lighting, and various other miscellaneous construction.

Our schedule, crafted using the ASTA Power Project program per PennDOT administrative procedures, underwent careful planning and adjustment during the project's lifecycle. Upon learning of a potential delay due to a long lead time item, collaboration with the Prime Contractor allowed us to revise our schedule strategically. This proactive approach ensured the project's continuity, successfully navigating potential challenges and keeping it on track.

This project consisted of the replacement of multiple signal heads in multiple locations

PSA provided a high quality baseline schedule within 2 weeks of an initial email request. The complexities of this project involved multiple locations which also required traffic control. With communication between PSA and NE Signal we were able to get an Approved schedule in the allotted timeframe.

This project consisted of the beautification of the Wilkes Barre Public Square including new sidewalks, pavers, plantings, and granite curbing along with other miscellaneous construction.

Through constant communication with the General Contractor, Multiscape Inc, and the City of Wilkes-Barre, PSA was able to craft a schedule which kept the flow of traffic under control while also getting this project complete on time.

 The Luzerne County Building Renovations project involved the comprehensive interior renovation of an existing building, along with exterior and site modifications. The project encompassed General Construction, including Site and Utility work, as well as separate Prime Contracts for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction.

 Working closely with the Prime General Contractor, Multiscape Inc., PSA crafted a precise schedule to ensure the project's smooth execution. Despite the challenges posed by additional change order work, the project was completed on time, thanks to innovative scheduling strategies implemented by PSA. Our collaborative approach ensures client satisfaction and project success

The scope of this contract involves the renovation and alterations to two buildings. The project encompasses General Construction, including Site and Utility work, as well as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction. These aspects are addressed through the award of four prime contracts.

This project involves the simultaneous construction of two separate housing units under a single contract, necessitating a comprehensive master schedule. Working closely with the Prime Contractor, Multiscape Inc., we developed an initial baseline schedule for review by other prime contractors. After receiving valuable input, the schedule was meticulously revised and approved. The project is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate completion on or before the anticipated finish date.

This is a multi project construction. Nay Aug Pool Park and Nay Aug Multi Court. The Pool Park Project consists of a new commercial pool including all utilities, new pump house, and renovation to an existing building. The Multi Court project includes new Tennis/Pickleball Courts and site features.

This project is in the beginning stages. The intricacies include creating a schedule for two separate project and integrating them into a single overall project schedule. Plenty of communication and strategic planning is involved in providing a realistic overview!

Delaware State Forest New Resource Center consists of Site Work, Underground Utilities, Construction of a New Resource Center and Storage Garage, Parking Lots, Landscaping, etc.

This larger scale project included vast amounts of communication to provide a working schedule. Since it is being constructed under Multiple Prime Contracts, we need the proper input from each contractor. The schedule was prepared and thoroughly reviewed by all parties with frequent updates. This project is nearing the Final completion Milestone as we speak!
