The Luzerne County Building Renovations project involved the comprehensive interior renovation of an existing building, along with exterior and site modifications. The project encompassed General Construction, including Site and Utility work, as well as separate Prime Contracts for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction.
Working closely with the Prime General Contractor, Multiscape Inc., PSA crafted a precise schedule to ensure the project's smooth execution. Despite the challenges posed by additional change order work, the project was completed on time, thanks to innovative scheduling strategies implemented by PSA. Our collaborative approach ensures client satisfaction and project success

This project involves the simultaneous construction of two separate housing units under a single contract, necessitating a comprehensive master schedule. Working closely with the Prime Contractor, Multiscape Inc., we developed an initial baseline schedule for review by other prime contractors. After receiving valuable input, the schedule was meticulously revised and approved. The project is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate completion on or before the anticipated finish date.
This project focuses on the construction of a specific section of STATE HIGHWAY in Luzerne County, City of Nanticoke, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 2002, SECTION STR. The work includes the replacement of an existing culvert with a concrete box culvert and end sections. Additionally, the project involves full-depth pavement replacement, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signals, lighting, and various other miscellaneous construction.
Our schedule, crafted using the ASTA Power Project program per PennDOT administrative procedures, underwent careful planning and adjustment during the project's lifecycle. Upon learning of a potential delay due to a long lead time item, collaboration with the Prime Contractor allowed us to revise our schedule strategically. This proactive approach ensured the project's continuity, successfully navigating potential challenges and keeping it on track.
