Project Scope:
Construction of a new Delaware State Forest Resource Center, including site development, underground utilities, a maintenance/storage garage, parking areas, landscaping, and associated infrastructure .
PSA Comments:
This project required extensive coordination between multiple prime contractors to develop and maintain a reliable CPM schedule throughout construction. PSA worked closely with the project team to incorporate contractor input, monitor progress, and provide regular schedule updates that supported project coordination from baseline development through final completion.
Project Scope:
Construction of a new shared ride transportation facility, including a maintenance garage, administrative offices, site improvements, utilities, parking, and associated infrastructure.
PSA Comments:
PSA developed and maintained the CPM schedule throughout the duration of construction, providing regular progress updates, critical path analysis, and schedule narratives. Frequent coordination with the project team ensured the schedule remained an accurate planning and communication tool from Notice to Proceed through Final Completion.
Project Scope:
Construction of multiple new outdoor athletic courts, including site preparation, excavation, concrete paving, court surfacing, fencing, sports equipment installation, landscaping, and associated site improvements.
PSA Comments:
This project was carefully integrated into the overall Nay Aug Park Pool Reconstruction project, requiring close coordination between both construction efforts. PSA developed the schedule to account for shared site access, project sequencing, and milestone coordination, ensuring both projects progressed efficiently while minimizing conflicts

Project Scope:
Full renovation of an existing elementary school along with the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building addition.
PSA Comments:
This baseline CPM schedule was developed by breaking the project into logical construction zones, organized by floor, building wing, and prime contractor. This approach provides a clear sequence of work, simplifies coordination between trades, and maintains an easy-to-follow critical path throughout the project's multiple phases.

Project Scope:
Large scale utility tunnel reconstruction project including multiple phases and immense coordination efforts.
PSA Comments:
Due to the project's size and complexity, PSA developed the baseline schedule using a segmented scheduling approach. Construction activities were organized into logical project sections, allowing for a clear critical path while simplifying schedule management. Project constraints, sequencing requirements, and owner milestones were then incorporated to develop a practical, field-driven baseline schedule.

Project Scope:
Complete reconstruction of a public swimming pool facility in Tamaqua, PA.
PSA Comments:
This baseline schedule was developed around the project's phased construction approach, carefully sequencing demolition, underground work, pool construction, mechanical systems, and site improvements. Activities were organized to provide clear coordination between trades while maintaining a logical and field-driven critical path.
